1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Sourcing Bridge Global platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Sourcing Bridge Global is a sourcing intermediary platform that connects businesses with vetted sourcing agents across China, Taiwan, India, and Pakistan. We facilitate the process of finding, vetting, and working with overseas suppliers and manufacturers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use this Service. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
4. User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
5. Sourcing Requests & Orders
When you submit a sourcing request or place an order, you acknowledge that:
- All requests are reviewed and fulfilled at our discretion
- Pricing is provided as a quote and may vary based on market conditions
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (customs, shipping delays, supplier availability)
- Final payment is required before order fulfillment unless otherwise agreed in writing
6. Payments & Fees
All fees are stated clearly before payment is processed. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount. Our service fee is charged on top of the product cost and covers:
- Agent coordination and vetting
- Quality control oversight
- Communication and follow-up with suppliers
- Logistics coordination
All payments are processed securely. We do not store payment card details on our servers.
7. Refunds & Disputes
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your order is not fulfilled due to our error, you are entitled to a full refund. If goods arrive damaged or significantly not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind cancellations after an order has been placed with a supplier.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including text, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Sourcing Bridge Global and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Sourcing Bridge Global acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actions, delays, or failures of third-party suppliers or shipping carriers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Source counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited goods
- Misrepresent your identity or business
- Interfere with the operation of the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Outstanding obligations (such as payment for orders already placed) survive termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sourcing Bridge Global is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
